The time to extend is now
With the arrival of spring, we tend to emerge and have a new look at our surroundings, especially our immediate surrounding: our home.
More light, more shade, more space, a new look, a new living area?
A new look or space for the home can be easily achieved with a range of home improvement options including awnings, spacemaker rooms, glass rooms, conservatories or an extension.
With summer heading our way and looking like it will be a very hot one, extra shade around the home can be created with a screened enclosure or awning.
According to leading Sydney builder Ian Cubitt, it is good practice for homeowners to spend some time and thought considering exactly what their home needs, to achieve their goals.
"Most people decide on home extensions to create extra space, but we ask our clients what will the space be used for," he said.
"Once we have this information, we are able to provide the right solution."
"If, for example, the homeowners want to create a more controlled environment for outdoor living and entertainment, we would recommend a range of different roofing products that would best suit their environment."
